On the sign in screen, tap Forgot password and we'll email you a code.

Moving to a new phone?

Sign in with the same email and your plan and history come with you. Progress photos stay on the old phone.

Changing your eating style or macros

Settings, then Eating style. To set exact percents, open Fine tune targets and turn on Set my own split.

Deleting your account

Settings, then Delete account. This removes your account, your backup and everything on the phone.
